Darrell "Rocky" Pratt

March 26, 1952 - March 12, 2022

Darrell (Rocky) Ivan Pratt, 69 years of age, passed away unexpectedly from cancer on March 12, 2022 in Tucson, AZ. Born on March 26, 1952 to Grant and Gertrude Pratt in Dover, Maine. He is survived by his Fiancee Lori A. Kasson (15 years) of Marana, Arizona; children Orland (Twyla) Worcester of Tucson, Arizona, Luke (Melissa) Worcester of Maine, Erica (Kenny) Joy of Maine, Meegan Pratt of Maine, Judy (Jason) Humphrey of Maine, Charley (Tammy) Worcester of Maine, Lisa Kasson of Yelm, Washington, Dale (Candice) Kasson of Marana, Arizona and Jeremy (Karissa) Kasson of Marana, Arizona. He has 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Larry (Ana) Pratt of Homosassa, Florida. He is preceded in death by his siblings David (Eleanor) Pratt of Maine, Lyndon (Joyce) Pratt of Maine, Rose (Bernie) Herdle of Florida and Sherwin (Hallie) Hatfield of Florida. He has numerous nieces and nephews. He was a Vietnam Veteran, he served two tours in Vietnam and was a Navy Yard Welder on submarines. He was also a school bus driver when his daughters were young and had many different occupations until he wore many different hats at Walmart for almost 21 years. He retired in 2013. After retiring, he loved working outdoors and loved to travel. He loved playing softball when he was younger. Loved Bowling and was in a league at Fiesta Lanes in Tucson, AZ for 16 years. Golfing was his favorite sport and he could do it rain or shine, in 50 to 100 degree weather. He loved gambling with his Fiancee at Casino Del Sol and loved getting away to Laughlin, NV. He was a big football fan; his favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. His dream was to go see an game in Texas at their stadium. He was the most loving, emotional, strong and sensitive man, but was also very funny, goofy and loved to joke around especially with the grandchildren giving them noogies. He could make goofy faces and thought it was funny to skip down the aisles to make us all laugh or be embarrassed, he didn't care. He really had a fun side. He was such a wonderful man, he would give you the shirt off his back and would do anything for you, always there to help out no matter what it was! There will be a Celebration of Life in June, the date and time to be determined.
