With great sadness, our beloved Joseph Paul Pope 65 years old. Father, brother, son, papa and friend to many has passed away on October 1, 2019 (Tuesday) at 6:24 PM. Born 6/24/1954 in Neptune, New Jersey. Joseph has been a resident of Tucson, Arizona since 1967. Graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1972 and was a member of Jubileer Choir Group that toured Europe. Joseph was a great singer, poet and a loyal Dallas Cowboy fan. He is now in a better place where he is free of pain and is with his precious mother (Frances Julia Pope) in the Holy hands of God. He leaves behind his daughter Nicole Childs, son Christopher Pope, his only granddaughter Lilliana Childs, his brother Edward Pope, and sisters, Yvonne Rhodes and Maria Pope. Two very special caregivers, who loved him dearly, Alice and Kirk Garverick. Rest in peace Joey, You are gone but never forgotten.
