We appreciate the ministry of Pastor Allen as he introduced us to the EFC in Las Cruces in 1973 and have many treasured memories of the Allen family: Betty babysitting, Nancy hosting the baby shower for Derek, Glenn playing on the church softball team with John, Mike helping us in the pecan orchard, and Julanne and Derek's associations with Jennifer, Robbie, and Tim, and the visits we had with the family. Thanks for the memories; God bless and comfort all of you.

Pastor Bob (& Nancy ) counseled my husband Dale and me as we prepared for marriage almost 45 years ago and officiated our wedding. We reminded him often how that wise counsel was the greatest gift we received for our wedding. He also mentored us in church work at the North Hollywood EFC in the first years of our marriage. One of the last visits with Pastor Bob was in Tucson. We still quote his line, (after a lengthy discussion about world events), “ The world just keeps getting stranger and stranger.” He then would remind us how he longed for Christ’s return. He is now with Jesus forever. Thank You Lord for Pastor Bob!
