Al:
I just read in the Alumni Magazine from Rutgers University that your name showed up in the Memoriam Section. It has been a long time since we were in contact with each other. We spent many enjoyable nights as evening degree candidates at Rutgers University College in Newark, New Jersey. We studied together on many nights because we wanted to get an education and not just a graduation diploma.
We did get very close together during those years in the 1960's and early 70's but it would not have been as enjoyable as it was without you as a classmate. We were in the same classes together on many occasions and we filled up those blue books when we were tested. Then you would always ask me at the end of the testing session how I answered any one of those questions. You were a very dedicated student. We both agreed that we were so glad that we chose Rutgers to get our educations because those professors made us work for those degrees.
Well Al I don't know the details after graduation because I had gotten promoted at work so soon upon picking up my diploma. As you recall they had me working out on Wall Street with all those giant financial institutions. Then they transferred me out here in San Francisco. So we then lost touch with each other.
But now take a good long well deserved rest from the entire rat race and work load.
