Alice Warren's Obituary
Alice Warren, 100, of Tucson, died peacefully, February 12, 2012 at her home, of old age. Born November 6, 1911 in Chicago, IL. Alice was an avid animal activist and cared for over 50 horses and many dogs in her lifetime. Alice was a lifelong animal welfare supporter. She taught high school and also had a law degree. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bruce Warren in 2005. She leaves behind her beloved dogs, Ruby and Tyler and many longtime friends and neighbors. Graveside service will be on Friday, February 17, 2012, at 1:00 PM, in EVERGREEN CEMETERY. A reception will follow the service at 7400 Artesiano Rd. For more information, call Nancy at 572-0147.
