Alvin L. O'Leary's Obituary
Alvin L. O’Leary was born in Bisbee, AZ on January 20, 1944 to Roy and Elizabeth O’Leary. Alvin passed away on May 13, 2016 in Tucson, AZ. Alvin was predeceased by his parents but is survived by sisters Patricia Kelly Robertson, Sheila Robison and Eileen O’Leary New (Sonny), nieces Kate and Colleen Kelly and Maureen Robison, nephew Michael Robison (Jeni), their sons Brayden and Jace, and numerous cousins. And last but not least his loving dog Cocoa. Alvin graduated from Bisbee High School in 1962 and attended ASU and NAU prior to enlisting in the Army. Upon his discharge, Alvin was part owner of the Nuway Market in Bakerville. Later he was employed by AT&T in Installations until his retirement. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18, at 3 p.m. at the EVERGREEN MORTUARY, 3015 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85705. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alvin’s name to the American Heart Association, 2601 N. Campbell Ave, Suite 204, Tucson, AZ 85719 or Humane Society of Southern AZ, 3450 N. Kelvin Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716.
