Alvin Schechter's Obituary
Alvin Schechter, 92, died January 23, 2017. Preceded in death by beloved wife Ileane Schechter. Survived by loving children Sheryl (Richard) Marcus and Randy Schechter; adoring grandchildren Adam (Jordy) and Brandon Marcus; affectionate great grandchildren to Jonah and Toby Marcus.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed at Royal Buick. He received numerous awards and accolades where he volunteered at Jewish Family Services.
Most importantly he will be remembered by family and friends for his kindness, compassion and generosity.
Graveside service 12:30 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Evergreen Cemetery, N. Oracle and W Miracle Mile. Family requests donations may be made on behalf of Anshei Israel, Jewish Family Services or the charity of your choice.
