Amerigo Candusso's Obituary
Amerigo Candusso was born in Udine, Italy to Remegio and Antonia, and grew up with a sister, Elsa and a brother, Ermes. He played golf in high school, and then went to play for Mt. Union College in Alliance, Ohio. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Ancient and U.S. History, from Mt. Union, a Bachelor’s of Education and Chemistry from Akron University and Studied Law at Marshal Law School. Amerigo taught elementary school for 27 years, he also taught UFO courses at Akron University and at Mesa Community College in Arizona. UFO research has been a lifetime interest for Amerigo, he has been a writer, lecturer and investigator on the subject and has provided his research to the International UFO Museum and Research Center in Roswell, New Mexico. He was very proud of this work. He served as a Sergeant in the Army Air Corps in WWII as a Weather Observer and doing Crypto-Teletype. Amerigo married his sweetheart, a beautiful woman named Margaret, who was an amazing artist. Some of Amerigo’s other interest include playing cards, watching golf, listening to Classical music and Opera concerts, and keeping up on the latest discoveries in space. Friends may call 9:00 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Evergreen Mortuary, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile. Graveside service to follow 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 15, 2015 at Holy Hope Cemetery.
