Barbara J. Wesner, 85, born Dec 19, 1927 to Allen and Ellen Trantham in Durant, OK, and died November 30, 2013 in Tucson, AZ. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James C. Wesner of Tucson; daughter Jamie J. (Steve) Clement of Pawhuska, OK; sons, Donovan A. Wesner of Durant, OK and Michael F. (Polly) Wesner of Tucson, AZ; sisters Ruby Hunnicutt of Durant, OK and Glenda Stillwell of Malvern, AR; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and son Steven T. Wesner. Mrs. Wesner graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She was a teacher at Liberty Elementary School in Tucson for 26 years and was a member of First Southern Baptist Church. Visitation Friday, December 6, 2013, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with Services at 2:00 PM at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile, with Pastor Ron Hart officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
