Billy Richard Hightower, age 67, passed away on August 2nd, 2016, at home in the presence of family. He was the husband of Kim Hightower. They shared 21 years of marriage together. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on February 28, 1949. He was the son of Lois Howard and Bill Hightower. Billy was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served from June 6th, 1969, to June 5, 1973, achieving the rank of Sargent. He was happily retired after working several years in the Cable Television industry having earned several distinguished awards for his part in shaping the industry. Billy enjoyed cars and Nascar and being with friends and Family. He will be remembered for his loud laugh and friendly personality. He is survived by his spouse Kim Hightower, his brother Gordon Hightower, and his children: Katherine Hightower, Jan Hightower, and Jacob Hightower.
