My Mom was my everything. She made me into the strong and caring person I am today. She taught me right from wrong; how to be strong. From everything she taught me nothing could ever prepare me for this.
Everyday I would call her as soon as I was home from work. It was funny to her because back in my youth she would make us call her as soon as we got home from school. She would tell me " I already knew who it was," as soon as she answered the phone. I would tell her about my day and she would tell me about hers. I miss those calls more than ever. It makes me feel like somethings missing from my day.
She was my streghth. When i had time where i felt that nothing could go right. She would tell me that she was there and everything would be ok that we would get through this. She cared about me like no other mother could. There for me regardless the cost. She was the ultimate mom. Working around the clock. To make sure us kids had everthing.
She loved being a grandma. She spoiled my kids just so they would smile. She would talk to the baby on the phone eventhough it was all babble. She would talk so highly of them. Especially my Emily.
My mom did the best that she could with everything she had. For that I am forever thankful for her. She is now an angel watching over me and my kids. I love you mom. I miss you more than words could ever say.
