You were so much more than a manager; you were the person who was always there for me when I needed it most. I’ll never forget our interview—you took a chance on me, knowing I was a single mother and that my children always came first. For the nearly ten years I worked with you, you made sure I was okay through every high and low life threw my way.
I am going to miss our laughs, our long conversations, and even bumping into you at the grocery store. You made the restaurant feel like a home, especially during the holidays when you would decorate so beautifully. You were so selfless, whether it was the way you cared for your mother or how you’d bake holiday treats for the staff—always going out of your way to make sure there was a gluten-free option just for me.
You showed so much love to everyone who stepped into your path. You will be forever missed, Chrys. Rest in peace
