Levis, and grandparents Colleen Yvonne Levis and Jervis Anne and Mallory Carl Rice all of Tucson. Funeral services Tuesday July 29, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at Evergreen Mortuary with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, N. Oracle and Miracle Mile.
