DALE CAROL LEVY
“You are the wind beneath my wings.”
Dale, 74, of Tucson, died April 12, 2017. She was born in NYC, daughter of the late Harry and Mae Shapiro Handler. She met the love of her life, Martin, at the age of 12 at a youth group event at the Queens Village Jewish Center. They have been married 56 years. Dale was a committed wife and mother whose life center around caring and nurturing her family. Besides her devoted Martin she leaves her children; Robin Ambrosino, Michael Robert (Virginia) Levy all of Tucson; Joy Linda (David) Worstell of CA and Adam (Jean) Levy of CO. She was so proud of her grand children, Darren and Dominic Ambrosino, Megan Gomez, Amanda Rafferty and Samuel Levy. There are five great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Jeffrey (Harri-Ann) Handler of Tucson and a sister-in-law, Roberta Handler of FL. Dale was predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Handler. Family and friends will remember Dale’s love of playing Bingo. A Graveside service will be held 10 AM, Friday, April 14, 2017 in the Temple Emanu-El section of Evergreen Cemetery. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in Dale’s name to Temple Emanu-El, 225 N. Country Club Rd, Tucson 85716
