Daniel Joseph Chervenka's Obituary
Daniel Joseph Chervenka Born June 15, 1948 in Erie, PA and died June 26, 2014 in Tucson, where he resided for the past 20 years. Survived by his wife, Joy Gale Chervenka; father Charles Chervenka; children Rebekah Garcia, Cheri Ayala, Jerry Mishler, Tim Chervenka, Wendy Schart, and Cindy Chervenka; sister Dorothy Gilbo, grandchildren Nina, Nick, Martell, Zachary, T.J., Halle, Paige, Lucas, Trystan, Kristian, Kaitlynn, Kalysta, and Kaylah; and great grandchildren Tayshaun, Mateo, Treyvon and Dillon. He was preceded in death by his mother Marion Chervenka and daughter Lori Mishler. Dan was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan, he never missed a UofA basketball game. He loved music and in the 60s was a member of the "Avengers" band. He was the Head Soundboard Tech at Alive Church. Visitation will be held Monday, June 30, 2014, 9:30 AM until Graveside Services scheduled at 10:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, with Pastor Mack Norris of Alive Christian Fellowship officiating. A Memorial Service will also be held Monday, June 30, 2014 at 5:00 PM at Alive Christian Fellowship, 9662 N. La Cholla Blvd.
