Daniel T. Mihalyi's Obituary
Daniel T. Mihalyi, M.D., 66, of Tucson, died suddenly Sunday morning October 20th, 2013. Beloved husband of 40 years to Stephanie, awesome father of Ryan and Sean, and dear brother to Tom, Patrick, Patricia, and Erin plus many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues. Dr. Mihalyi practiced internal medicine in Tucson for 35 years. He helped many people and was dedicated to promoting health and wellness. He enjoyed weight lifting, golf, swimming, and watching Steelers and Wildcat games with his sons. He loved visiting the Sea of Cortez and spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the sea. A memorial service will be held at Tohono Chul Park on Thursday, October 24 at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Community Food Bank would be appreciated.
