Debby J. Stephens' Obituary
Debby Jean Stephens passed away peacefully, Thursday November 23rd on Thanksgiving evening at the age of 64. She was born in Tucson, AZ in 1953 to her two loving parents Arvil and Angie. She is survived by her four sons Steve, Isaiah, Rafael , and Jesse; Her sister Linda Bilbrey, husband Brad Bilbrey and their children Artie and Brittany; And her four grandchildren Mariah, Kassandra, Brandon, and Angelina.
Debby was a kind and loving individual who touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She loved her family unconditionally, cherished her grandchildren and was a free spirit who was always optimistic, showing her strength and endurance during her last days. The radiance of her smile will be missed, her laughter and fellowship with her friends will be cherished, and her strength will be remembered in the hearts of those that loved her.
