Debra Jean Dahlke's Obituary
Debra Jean Wall Dahlke died peacefully in her Tucson home on May 31st, 2016. She was a child of God, daughter, sister, wife and mother. Debra was born to Edward Francis Raymond Wall and Lois Bassett Wall in Bridgeport Ct. on November 11, 1961. She was a mother to daughters Devin Grace Dahlke, Paige Victoria Dahlke, son Ethan Jon Dahlke, and a wife to Jon Harold Dahlke for many years. She was also a sister to her siblings: Susan Wall (NC), Kristen Wall Luckie (NC), Edward Wall (WI ) and a dear friend to Bill W. She will join her sister Linda Wall and her parents in Heaven.
Debra spent her childhood years in Trumbull and Fairfield, CT. She loved the ocean and spent many summers on Fairfield Beach. Debra was married to Jon Harold Dahlke in August of 1992 and was a loving wife for 18 years. During their time together they took many trips and amazing adventures. On a trip to Florida they encountered hurricane Charlie. Wow, it was a trip to remember!
Deb was an intelligent, dedicated nursing student and received many honors during her career. She earned a BA in nursing from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN and was close to obtaining her NP in Psychiatric Nursing. Debra held many jobs where she passionately cared for her clients and patients, such as: Pasadera Behavioral Health, Flagstaff Medical Center, (Director of) in-patient Mental Health at Ottomwa Regional Health Center and the Center of Alcohol and Drug Duluth in MN.
Debra loved life and was kind to others. She had many friends and she appreciated their love and companionship. She was a true advocate to people in need and her home was always open to them.
Debra’s greatest joy, pride and love were her three children. In lieu of flowers they ask that donations be made in her memory to the Marty Mann House, 2211 Greysolon Rd. Duluth MN. 55812,

A memorial will be conducted at Shepard of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1601 N. San Francisco Street in Flagstaff on August 28th at 12pm following the regular church service.
