Dolores Marin Jacques' Obituary
Dolores "Dee" Marin Jacques born in Morenci, Arizona on January 14,1934 to Mary and Alfredo Marin.  Siblings include Isabel, Viola, Mary, Margie, Tommy and Ginger. Dee's family grew up in Douglas, Arizona where she met her husband Jose Jacques. They together had 5 children, Esther, Gilbert, Elsa, Brenda, and Belinda;  10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Dee loved gardening, knitting, painting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Dee worked as a teacher's aide for many years in Douglas, AZ and Animas, NM,
while attending Cochise College to receive her degree as a bilingual teacher.  They retired and moved to St. David, AZ in 1983, where they lived until Jose passed away in 2006. Dee then moved to Kearny, AZ to live with her daughter and son-in-law  until Dee went home to be with the Lord, January 10, 2016 just 4 days before her 82nd birthday.
Memorial Service 1:30 p.m., Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Sahuarita House of Worship, 1100 Beta St., Green Valley with Pastor Frances Alvarez officiating.  Please join us for a Fellowship meal after the service.
