Doris Virginia Anthis' Obituary
Doris Virginia Anthis, born July 27, 1922, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, September 29, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Frank Anthis (FA). Survived by daughters, Lynn Wilson (Marty) and Susan Anthis. Doris also leaves six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Other survivors are sister, Betty Fullerton; niece, Flores Prater (Bob); and nephew Jon Lightfoot. Doris dearly loved the Lord, her family, golf and travel. Her journeys took her to all 50 states and more than a dozen countries around the world. Her final journey was very peaceful and though absent from the body, she is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior. A private celebration of life service will be held in the near future.
