Dorothy Beitler's Obituary
Dorothy C. Beitler, 72, of Tucson Arizona passed away on July 11th after losing a battle to complications from breast cancer.
Dorothy was a caring and loving mother to her two children, Denise & Marc. They were very close.
She was also the longtime true love and soulmate of Tom Beitler, her husband of 32 years and friend of 36 years.
Dorothy positively touched the lives of everyone she met. She had a beautiful smile, lovely eyes, and a wonderful zany sense of humor. She was perpetually thoughtful and did numerous nice things for the people she knew. She had a wonderful happy laugh.
She was sensitive, smart, compassionate, full of spunk and life, and loved to laugh and have a good time. Above all, Dorothy was an adoring mother, wife, sister, stepmother, grandmother and friend and will be missed by anyone that was fortunate enough to have known her.
Dorothy was raised in Palm Springs/Palm Desert with her siblings Ted, Maryanne, Geraldine and Raymond.
Dorothy had a long successful career in banking, first with Bank America, then Cal Fed, and finally as branch manager for Disney Credit Union.
Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband and soulmate Tom, her daughter Denise and her son Marc. She is also survived by stepchildren, David, Jacqueline, and Jeanne, also grandchildren, Thomas, McCartney, McKenzie, Katharine, Isabelle, Ty, and Julia.
There will not be a memorial service. The family has decided to have an intimate celebration of her life in private with relatives and close friends.
