We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Dorothy Egan, who passed away peacefully on March 18, 2025, at the age of 90 in Tucson Arizona surrounded by her loving family.
Dorothy was born in Wisconsin on August 2, 1934. She lived a long and fulfilling life, marked by her strength, unwavering faith, and deep love for those around her. A strong woman in every sense, Dorothy was never afraid to speak her mind, and her honesty and directness earned her the respect of everyone who knew her. She lived with a bold spirit, always standing firm in her beliefs, and she was a source of inspiration to those who heard her words
Dorothy was deeply passionate about spreading the word of God and touched countless lives through her teachings and acts of kindness. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she found great joy in sharing it with others. She was also known for her love of cooking and gardening. Dorothy's home was always filled with warmth and delicious aromas. she took great joy in nurturing both her plants and her family.
Dorothy was married to her beloved husband, Bertram Egan, who preceded her in death. Their love for each other was profound and enduring, and their partnership was one of deep mutual respect and devotion.
She is survived by her daughters Gwendolyn Egan, and Rachel Brown, and was preceded in death by her daughter Shawna Sampson. Dorothy is also survived by her grandchildren, Nicole Lane, Ryan Lane, Aaron Brown, and Sarah Brown.
Dorothy will be deeply missed, but her love ,her faith, and her indomitable spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
