Drew Nicolas Gyorke's Obituary
Drew Nicolas Gyorke 21, passed away on May 26, 2013. He graduated from Catalina Foothills High School in 2010 where he was part of the State Championship Swim team for four years. He was attending the University of Arizona where he was majoring in Photo-Journalism with a minor in Economics. He was a happy and active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Drew spent many summers in his youth at NorthStar summer camp in Wisconsin, which brought him tremendous joy. He enjoyed traveling and especially enjoyed music. He loved skiing, particularly on his favorite slopes at Alta. Well-known for his infectious smile, Drew loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them in their Tucson home. He enjoyed being a "T-Loc" and loved his friends and fraternity very much. Drew is survived by his father and mother, Dr. Andrew and Sara Gyorke of Tucson and his sister, Clare of Sacramento. Also, Drew loved his "younger brother" Enzo, his Neapolitan Mastiff. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Tohono Chul Park, 4366 N. Paseo Del Norte. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY.
