Edith Goodman's Obituary
Edith Goodman, beloved wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away with her family by her side. Edith was born March 19, 1926 in Scranton, PA. She married the love of her life, Hyman Goodman, in May 1948. She was a loving, caring person to all and dedicated to her family and faith. During WWII she worked at the Naval Base in Bayonne, NJ as the supervisor of electronics correspondence unit. She had a college degree in Recreational Therapy. All who knew her commented on her sweetness, grace, and how she was a true lady, woman of valor. Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2013. Burial will follow in the Congregation Anshei Israel section of Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the United Synagogue Youth Fund and Children's Education Fund at Congregation Anshei Israel, 5550 East Fifth Street, Tucson, Arizona.
