I am shocked and saddened to hear of Ed's passing today. I had the pleasure of working with Ed when we were in Oklahoma together. We often spent time together and shared many great memories. Ed always impressed me with his remarkable knowledge of geography and history—he was like an encyclopedia.
Ed’s warmth, intelligence, and friendship will be deeply missed, and I feel fortunate to have known him.
