86, born Humansville, MO. died in Tucson, AZ. on September 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Billy Joe Payne, her sons, Michael Joe and Gregory Dean, and great-grandson, Joseph Ledezma. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Payne-Kautenburger; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Lilly. Services will be held at 10:30 am., Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at EVERGREEN CEMETERY, graveside.
