It is with deepest, heartfelt sympathy that I write this to you at the loss of your beautiful mother. She was your devoted mother, your grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister, confidant and friend.
It seems words are just not enough when we try to express our comfort and love to those that have lost their loved one. Her life was filled with so much and a few words just cannot contain all that her life has meant to so many. Like a ripple in the water…..
Some of my favorite memories of Mrs. Haley was going to Del Norte Baptist church when I was young with her and Patty. She was a strong and beautiful woman. Although there are many memories, the one I’m thankful for was the inspiration that she was to so many and to me personally. If she had not had the strength to move forward in her health, I don’t know where I would be today. She was my inspiration for making my life better. I drew courage and strength from her. With that being said, I believe that this was a legacy that she passed on to her children. They are all strong women.
Her belief in Jesus Christ was her driving force. She persevered much in her life. And God honored her with such a beautiful family.
My family and hers have been connected for over 50 years through the marriage of Gary and her daughter Patty.
She inspired and gave so generously of herself to so many. She now rests in the arms of our Lord. Her work is done.
May the Comforter, The Holy Spirit be with you all through these difficult days and carry you through the future until you meet her again on that glorious shore.

Grandma Frances always had a way of making everyone feel special. I will forever treasure the custom-drawn cards she made for each of our birthdays, a personal touch that made each celebration feel unique. I’ll also miss listening to her funny—and sometimes very long—stories about her childhood, which were always told with so much love and laughter. But most of all, I will miss her presence in our lives. She had a way of brightening every room, and I’m so grateful for the love and wisdom she shared with us all. Rest in peace, Grandma Frances. You will always hold a special place in my heart
