Frances Louise Lewis' Obituary
Lewis, Frances Louise (neé) Waldrop) born October 10, 1926 in Berry, Alabama, passed away September 23, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Roland Lewis, Sr., (“Jack”). She is survived by her daughters, Jane Gendreau-Frey (Mike), Linda Skuta (Stan); and son, Daniel Roland Lewis, Jr. (Lillian). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Louise and her husband were active and beloved members of the Tucson Church of Christ community that began in the 1950’s and spanned through five decades. Louise worked for the Flowing Wells School District, KUAT TV, and was a church secretary for many years at the Ina Road Church of Christ until her retirement. She was a loving mother who will be missed by her family and friends. Louise was a devoted Christian who believed Jesus Christ was her Savior from a very young age. On that early Sunday morning when she left this earth, she walked safely into the loving arms of Jesus. Visitation and Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery and Mortuary on Oct. 5, 2018 10:00 a.m., N. Oracle Rd., Tucson, AZ. Interment to follow.
