Frances L. Proper, 93, of Tucson, died January 30, 2017. Friends may call Monday, February 6, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Mortuary, N. Oracle Rd. & W. Miracle Mile. Chapel Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 at Evergreen Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Adrian Suarez officiating. Burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
