Franklin Ginn 86, of Tucson, died Tuesday, May 11, 2015. Preceeded in death by his wife Shew Ying Ginn. Survived by his children Floyd (Wanda) Ginn, Elaine Ginn, Irene Milbourn, Nancy Ginn-Madden and Jennifer (Scott) Meyer; Sister Jean (Raymond) Lee; Grandchildren Brice and Lance Madden, Rachael Meyer, Cristina McKibben and Matthew Ginn. Mr. Ginn was a US Navy veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was employed by Southern Pacific Railways as a Telegrapher for 35 years before retiring. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY AND CEMETERY. Services will be private.
