Helen Madeline Hyatt's Obituary
Helen Madeline Hyatt passed away blissfully in Tucson, AZ on Sunday, October 9, 2022, just short of reaching her 97th birthday, her mind finally yielding to the throes of Dementia.
She was the loyal and adored wife of Floyd Arthur Hyatt for 56 years, widowed in 2005. She was the loving mother of their four children, Christine, Floyd Allen, John, and William.
Helen was the eldest child of John Joseph and Marion Concienne, and she grew up with her siblings, John, and Marilyn in Michigan.
Helen was an outgoing and socially active person. During her younger years she enjoyed horseback riding and dancing. As a mother she was a Boy Scout Den Mother, played cards with her friends, loved to sew, and knit, dabbled in craft projects, and in her later years engaged in senior group fitness classes. She was a fine cook; known to make a 'yummy peanut butter fudge'. She was passionate about caring for her family and close friends. Her ready smile, warm and gentle ways, will be missed by all who knew her.
Helen is survived by her daughter Christine, her grandchildren-Aaron, Justin, Lana, Heather, and great-grandchildren Sophia and Olivia.
