Helen M Weiler's Obituary
Helen Maurine Weiler passed away Friday April 30, 2021
at Cherry’s Assisted Living Care Home, Tucson, Arizona.
Helen was 94 years old.
She was born February 8, 1927 at Mallard Fillmore Hospital, Buffalo, New York,
and was the daughter of William Harry Brown and Pauline Edna (Hilliker) Brown.
The family moved to Tucson, Arizona when Helen was 3 years old and she graduated from Tucson High School Class of 1945. Following graduation, she married Dr. Earl D. Weiler in September 1946, Tucson, Arizona. They celebrated 51 years of marriage on September 25, 1997.
Helen enjoyed bridge club, was an active bowler for many years and participated in bowling tournaments. She was a huge Arizona Wildcats football fan and attended the football games for over 60 years.
In addition to her parents, Helen was predeceased by her husband Dr. Earl D. Weiler, brothers Clarence W. Brown, William E. Brown and sister Shirley M. Brown.
Surviving son Richard E. Weiler and Rita Shartzer, daughters Pauline E. (Weiler) Martin and her husband Ronald D. Martin of Tucson, AZ and daughter Linda S. Weiler of Marina Del Rey, CA.
In addition, two grandchildren Jennifer Kautenburger, Jeffrey Kautenburger, four great-grandchildren, Zachary Kerley, Christopher Kerley, Ryleigh Kerley, Peyton Kerley and one great-great grandson Alec Kerley of Tucson, AZ and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service of remembrance will be held at 10:00 A.M. May 6, 2021
at Evergreen Cemetery 3015 N Oracle Rd, Tucson Arizona.
