Henry Eason's Obituary
Henry Eason, 92, of Tucson, died December 12, 2011. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Penny. Survived by daughters Abby Eason and Julie Morin; and grandson Ari Eason, all of Tucson. Mr. Eason served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He taught math for many years at Kennedy High School in Plainview, NY and at Pima Community College in Tucson. Mr. Eason also volunteered at Jewish Family and Children's Services and played piano every week for the residents of Life Care Center nursing home. Graveside services Thursday, December 15, 2011, 1:00 PM in the Congregation Ner Tamid Section of Evergreen Cemetery, with Rabbi Shafir Lobb officiating. Military honors by DMAFB Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Women's International League for Peace & Freedom, c/o Debbie Livingston, 5901 E. Lester Dr., Tucson, AZ 85712.
