Hien Van Do's Obituary
Hien Van Do, died June 13, 2022 at the age of 94. Hien lived a very long and fulfilling life. His young family came to the United States in 1975 as refugees of the Vietnam War. He raised most of his family in Dothan, AL and then moved to Tucson, AZ in 1984 after retirement to be closer to his three older daughters, while the eldest stayed in Dothan. He was a man with a strong faith in God and family was always first. He is now with his loving wife, Nhi, his two sons Ly and Quy, and granddaughter Isabel in heaven. He is survived by his 10 children, 39 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
There will be a wake on Friday, June 24th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a rosary at 3:00 PM and the Blessing of memorial headbands at 3:30 PM at Evergreen Mortuary 3015 N. Oracle Rd. Tucson, AZ 85705. A Mass will be held in Hien's honor on Saturday, June 25th at 8:00 AM at St. Francis Cabrini 3201 E. Presidio Rd, Tucson, AZ 85716. Funeral Procession and burial immediately following at Holy Hope Cemetery
