Hilda Fannie Nathanson's Obituary
Hilda Nathanson, 93, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013. A resident of Tucson since 1948, Hilda was born Feb. 15, 1920 in Latvia. She came to New York City in 1923. She lived a full life with her husband, Robert, who died in a car accident in 1988. They owned Arrow Realty. Hilda and her sister, Eva Wexler, who died in 2007, traveled around the world, spent many summers in San Diego and were always laughing. A 65-year member of Temple Emanu-El, she was active in the Temple's Sisterhood and Senior Congregants, and was a member of the United Order of True Sisters (UOTS), Hadassah and B'nai B'rith. Survived by children David (Linda); Phyllis Mueller (Bob); Elaine (Larry Sobel; Marcia Dattilo (Jim); niece Dianne Lefty; grandchildren Scott Nathanson (Michelle); Nicole Rudman (JJ); Sean Mueller (Heidi); Gage Mueller (Amy); Greg Mueller; Annie Holub (Vic Newman); Beth Holub; Lara Dattilo; Rebecca Dattilo; Greg Lefty (Sheri); Kathy Gomez (Frank);and 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
