Jean M. Shultz's Obituary
Jean M. Shultz, 75, a native of Tucson, passed away February 16, 2015. She was born to the late Willis John and Vera Fisher McLean. Jean met the love of her life at the Mount Lemmon ski area while on a Tucson High Ski Club function. They have been married 56 years. She loved tennis and was an active member of the Casas Adobes Congregational Church and volunteered in the community. Those close to Jean knew that she was a talented artist who specialized in water colors. She is survived by her husband, Gail N. Shultz; her children, Cathy (Pat) Reardon of Phoenix, Laurie Connett of Phoenix and Bill (Shelley) Shultz of Boise, ID. Jean was proud of her five grandchildren. She leaves a brother, W. John McLean, Jr. of Tucson. A Memorial Service will be held 10 AM, Saturday, March 7, 2015 at CACC, 6801 N. Oracle Road. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contribution be made in Jean’s name to the Interfaith Community Service, 2820 W. Ina Road, 85741 or Tohono Chul Park, 7366 N. Paseo del Norte, 85704.
