Joe Wade Taylor Jr's Obituary
Joe Wade Taylor, Jr. died peacefully at his home on December 25, 2017 in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 80.
Joe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patsy; a son, Joe Wade; a daughter, Lee Ann Almour and her husband, Kimball, of Maypearl, Texas; 5 grandchildren, including a grandson, Cole Almour and his wife Cassie of San Antonio, Texas; a granddaughter, Delaney Almour of Maypearl, Texas; and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his friend and longtime hunting buddy, Frank Leyvas.
Joe was born on April 2, 1937 in Tucson, Arizona to Joe Wade Taylor, Sr. and Annie Laura (Ivey). He graduated from Tucson High School in 1955. Joe was an avid hunter. He will be missed dearly.
A private memorial service will be held in the spring. Per Joe’s request, no other services will be held.
