John Joseph Bomhold's Obituary
John J. “JJ” Bomhold, of Tucson passed away on January 14, 2015. He was born on April 6, 1935. He is survived by his wife Colleen Rose; daughter Mary E. (Roy) Harris; son John J. II (Barbara) Bomhold; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. In 1959 he married Mary Helen Brodgen, and together they raised three children. John retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad, and served honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War. John loved golfing, model railroading, and wood crafting which his yard showed his work. John loved his family and always tried to help others in need. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Bomhold; son Rex Bomhold and grandson Roy Harris. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016 at EVERGREEN CEMETERY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile.
