Jon Michael Napper's Obituary
Jon Michael Napper, 52, went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona. He was surrounded by family when he lost the battle with lung cancer. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on January 5, 1966 and lived in New Mexico and Arizona most of his life. He was an accomplished musician, lead guitarist, devoted husband, loving father and adoring Papa. He played lead guitar with several local bands and wrote and composed over 100 songs at his home studio. He enjoyed writing music, flying RC airplanes, fishing, boating, camping and spending time with family especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Irma Jean Napper and his father, Robert Glen Napper. He is survived by his spouse, Rene’ Napper, sons, Jon Michael (Erika) Napper II and Shawn Eric (Juanita) Graham, grandchildren, Jackson Oscar, Daniel Jacob and River Esau, sister Robin (David) Werch, brother Robert G. Napper, Jr, sister Julie (Ed) Napper, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial and graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 17 10:00 am at Evergreen Mortuary.
