Jonas Donald Eldridge Sr. (Grandpa, Don, Sonny) SAVED GOD FEARING MAN 09/05/1933-01/15/2017. Joined US Army, fought in Korean War earning the Purple Heart. Retiring from Navy Reserves Seabee, and the City of Tucson. He leaves to mourn wife of 64 years, brother, children, grandchildren, and extended Eldridge family Legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations to “Million Dollar teacher Project”, Ronald McDonald House, Dunbar Spring and Wounded Warrior Projects. Viewing held at Evergreen Mortuary from 3 to 7 PM on January 27th. The celebration of Life held at Greater South Park Church of God in Christ 11:00 AM on January 28th repass immediately following.
