Juanita R. Leyba, 78, born on Nov. 11, 1935 in Costilla, NM, passed peacefully from this life on Sept. 2, 2014. Preceded in death by loving husband Rodolfo, grandchildren Andrea Nicole Leyba and Philip Martinez, parents, Daniel and Maria Rivera. Juanita is survived by son, Edward (Paola), daughters Annette Martinez and Sandi Ortiz (Michael), grandchildren Jessica Lawler, Richard Ballmann, Andrew Ballmann, Lynette Martinez, Cassandra Martinez, Nicole Martinez, Daniel Ortez, Angelica Ortez and Isiah Ortez; 8 great grandchildren and sistser, Orvilla Cordova. Forever with a smile and encouraging word; Mom, Grandma and dear friend will be missed but not forgotten. Visitation is 9 am to 10 am, Monday Sept. 8, 2014 with chapel services following at 10 am EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N Oracle & W. Miracle Mile.
