Kathleen Glynis Wilds' Obituary
It is with great sadness that we relay that our beloved Kathy, also known as Kate, Kath, Kat and KK, has passed. Kathy was 58-years-old and lived in Tucson, AZ for the past 22 years. She was raised in Bernie, Missouri, and also lived in Illinois.
Kathy is survived by her domestic partner of 18 years, John Landwehr, and her sisters Donna Sutton, Joy O'Brien, Kelly O'Brien and spouse Kevin Woods, and her dearest friends, Keith and Mary Lund, Adrian and Jessica Gourley, and their children, Sophia and Logan; and Jeanice and Dale Tanner and their daughter, Kimberly Flowers.
Kathy had nieces and nephews across the country: Melissa Bradley, Kyle Durno (Donna); Eric O'Brien, Lisa Covarrubias, Amanda Johnson, Patrick O'Brien, Samantha O'Brien and Kalin O'Brien (Joy); Shannon Freeland and Andrew Patterson (Kelly). She is survived by seven grand nieces and nephews, and her paternal grandparent, William McMillen.
Kathy was a long-time employee of Raytheon in Tucson. She loved genealogy, quilting, anything with hearts and ‘boufs’ (dandelion seed flowers), which she referred to as 'wishes.'
We will miss Kathy's strong spirit dearly, along with her beautiful smile, and her big heart. We will forever keep her in our hearts.
