Kay and Raymond was married on December 24, 1957 and started their journey through life together. Kay’s path in life led her in being employed in many different areas. She was very proud for her work in helping in the hospitals and nursing homes, giving and sharing her gentle compassion and kindness to everyone.
Kay always had a big bright smile for everyone. The love she instinctively gave to her family and faith in the Lord, gave her more strength to share her beautiful heart with everyone. When mama gave you a hug you felt and knew it was coming from her soul with love and kindness followed by a gentle touch. Kay loved baking especially for everyone at holidays. Gardening was also a passion that mama loved. She found beauty in everything and everyone. There are no words to express the emptiness in our hearts and lives without her, but we celebrate her life and spirit by keeping her alive in our thoughts, hearts and memories.
“This is my comfort, my consolation and my breath of fresh air in the midst of my depression and loss. Your word nourishes and repairs me, it revives my life and your promises restore me and make me whole. “ -Psalm 119:50
