Kevin was a wonderful human to work with. He was always affable and approachable. A smile was never far behind. He could show you a different viewpoint with honest friendliness. Godspeed my old friend.

Heartbroken is an understatement, taken too early. Even though we weren’t related by blood, Kevin always called us his grandchildren, and he truly became family. Kevin was loving, happy, and funny, and he meant so much to all of us.
He loved the simple things like bird watching, animal watching, scenic walks, and learning about history. He had a special appreciation for nature and always enjoyed the beauty around him. He gave us so many memories that we will always hold close. Thank you for all the beautiful memories, thank you for always being the rock we needed. Kevin, you were the kindest, wisest, most selfless man. When the skies are beautiful or a day out in nature, I’ll always think about you.
Something I'll never forget about Kevin was that he was the smartest and wisest man I knew. He was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge, particularly in geography and history. I was always amazed by his knowledge. His kindness never went unnoticed either. He was a great man around 🕊️🤍
I want to thank you for showing us many values, such as respecting the earth and enjoying the beauty of landscapes and wildlife, and being mindful of history within towns and buildings. You were the greatest man in our lives, the best in everything - an educated man, a loving man, a true family man, a provider, one who never left us. We weren't blood-related, but you were absolutely our grandfather. I love you so much. Enjoy all the beauty from up above. I will miss your history lessons and your random road trips to show us something. In your presence I was always a little girl, in awe of everything you said. You were perfect, Kevin. Rest in Peace
