The entire membership of the Korean War Veterans Association, Pima Chapter share in your loss. Lacy was a Marines Marine. He was also the Chapter Vice Commander. As such, he always stood ready to take over the reins of the Chapter should anything happen that I was unable to fulfill the duties of Chapter Commander. In addition, he was a personal friend. I only wish I had known him longer.
Rest in peace Marine. Guard the streets of Heaven as you guarded the streets of America. Well Done!
