We met when I was five years old. I did not know that she had passed away and I am very sorry to hear this. I did send in a donation for her health care. No one told me of her passing. I feel very bad that we had not been in contact. May her passing be a blessed memory.

As to a specific memory: I remember when Laurie came over once and ironed my clothes I needed for an important interview. I want to reflect on our friendship in general. She was a giver and cared about the world. She had a warm heart and was someone that I loved being around. She was incredibly funny and fun to be with. I genuinely cherished the moments she shared with me. I have been out of touch with her many years, but I truly cherished our friendship.
