Leonard Flax's Obituary
Leonard Flax passed away peacefully on February 17th with his beloved wife of 66 years Carrie at his side. He was 88 years old.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, they made Tucson their home since 1975. Leonard was a proud World War II veteran having served in Germany and Japan. His many interests included his passion for wood crafting.
Alongside wife Carrie, he is survived by sons Gary (Susan) and Scott (David), daughter Stephanie and grandchildren Ilana and Jonas Flax.
The funeral will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 20 at Evergreen Mortuary Chapel, N. Oracle Rd. & W. Miracle Mile .For further information contact Congregation Or Chadash (520) 512-8500. In lieu of flowers, the Flax Family suggests you make a donation to the charity of your choice.
