Linda Malapanes' Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Linda, who departed this life on December 10th, surrounded by her son, daughter, and son-in-law. Their presence brought comfort and love as she peacefully began her next journey.
Linda is survived by her son, Jerry; her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Brian; and her five cherished grandchildren, all of whom will miss her dearly. Her family was the center of her world, and she took tremendous pride and joy in their accomplishments, their laughter, and the time spent together.
A devoted and lifelong math educator, Linda dedicated her career to inspiring young minds. Over the decades, she touched the lives of thousands of students, helping them build the skills, confidence, and curiosity that carried them far beyond the classroom. Her patience, passion, and belief in the potential of every student left an impact that will endure for generations.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal service at this time. The family will gather for a small, intimate celebration of her life in the near future.
Please know that Linda lived a long, meaningful, and fulfilling life, and she passed away peacefully, surrounded by love. Her legacy of kindness, commitment to education, and unwavering devotion to her family will remain in our hearts forever.
