Lindsey Leigh Humes' Obituary
Lindsey "Lynne" Leigh Humes, 66, went to her Lord and Savior on January 6, 2012 after a long illness in her home, surrounded by her family. Lynne was born in Warren, Ohio on September 21, 1945. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Leigh Seeloff. Survived by her husband of 34 years, John L. Humes, her sons; Robert (Kim) Arbogast (of Albers, IL), John A. Humes, Jamie L. Humes; daughters, Shari (Michael) Melvin, Tami (Steve) Korasidas, Amanda Humes and Stacee (Sekyu) Kim; nine grandchildren. Lynne was a dedicated housewife who fostered over 100 children, mostly babies. She became the center of a nuclear family that grew without bonds, always the key to any family needs. An avid crochet expert and all things relating to children and their needs. She was wise beyond her years and lost way too soon. You will be missed and remembered honey, she is a peach. In Lieu of Flowers please donate to Casa De Los Ninos. Services to be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 7:00 P.M. at Evergreen Mortuary Chapel. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY & CEMETERY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile.
