Loretta Ellen Snell's Obituary
We are sad to announce the passing of LORETTA ELLEN SNELL, 77, of Tucson, Arizona died Saturday, November 5th, 2022. Preceded in death by her husband Edwin Leslie Snell and step-daughter Duree (Joe) Bojorquez; She is survived by her son Thomas (Laura) Allen Jr.; her daughter Annette Allen and her step children Lezlie “Vee” (Gerry) Golden, Cheree ( Bradley) Gunter and Julie Snell. Cherished Grandmother of Rachel Kloefkorn, Kailey Greco-Smith, Courtney Gonzalez, Austin Allen, Tanya Villarreal, Ashley Goode, Bryan Bojorquez, Caysee Werthman, Cassidy Gunter, Jake Kehret and Jessica Meffly. Also survived by her Great-grandchildren, Odin, Chaden, Jailynn, Jalena, JJ, Everleigh, Kanyon Jr., Drake, Elijah, Eva, Marlee, Preslee, Aria, Waylon, Karver and Krew.
Loretta was born in Rhode Island and came to Arizona at an early age with her parents (Arthur Frederick Beal and Lillian Ellen (Duncan) Beal. Loretta had an Entrepreneurial spirit and owned and operated several businesses—“Hey Loretta’s” Bar and grill, Lo’s Ceramic Shop, and a heavy equipment rental company to name a few. Loretta was a very unforgettable person and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Loretta and her husband, Ed, spent most of their years in a beautiful home they built in Show Low known as “LES RANCH” where they made many memories with family and friends. Everyone who knew Loretta knew that she lived her life just like her favorite song by Frank Sinatra “My Way”.
